One of the nonprofit where I volunteer is currently doing an RFP and assessment of adding Case Management to their existing NPSP implementation where they are currently only managing donor tracking and engagement marketing. I want to use this session to communicate the key learnings we are still discovering around the data model and usage differences between the now legacy NPSP and the longer-term nonprofit cloud solutions.
