Heather is the GM & SVP for the Your Account product at Salesforce. Heather is passionate about empowering Salesforce customers with self-service account management capabilities. Heather has over 20 years experience across roles in Product, Marketing, Sales, Service, and Finance. Heather is the executive sponsor of Latinoforce Norcal, Salesforce’s Latinx & Hispanic Employee Resource Group. Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Southern California. She currently resides in Sausalito, CA.
