In Sales Cloud, John is leading vision work that has kickstarted some of our more recent products, like Pipeline Inspector, Salesforce Meetings, Einstein Call Coaching, and others. Previous to Salesforce, John spent years as a UX/product strategy consultant in Silicon Valley. Outside of work John is either spending time with his wife and son or pretending to be a home renovator to his 1920s era house.
