As the Director of Sales Systems for Alterra Mountain Company, Terry oversees the suite of software solutions designed to manage the B2B customer lifecycle for group sales and event execution. Terry entered the Salesforce ecosystem in 2007 and has held various roles, including data modeling, integrations, declarative customizations, programmatic solution delivery, adoption and system compatibility. These experiences paved the way for his current role, which began with consolidating all of Alterra’s B2B customer databases, installing Salesforce, managing current capabilities and exploring new features. Terry values the Salesforce platform for its compatibility and scalability. When he’s not enhancing the ski industry’s customer experiences, you can find him in the great outdoors of Utah, enjoying adventures with his wife and two children.
