The Tahoe Dreamin’ 2025 Meetup is a unique opportunity for Salesforce Trailblazers to come together, network, and enjoy the beautiful surroundings of South Lake Tahoe.

This is not a formal conference—there are no sessions, keynotes, or exhibition booths. Instead, this meetup is all about connecting with the Salesforce community in a casual, laid-back setting. Whether you’re skiing at Heavenly, relaxing by the fire, or sharing stories at dinner, this event is designed to be fun, informal, and community-focused.

We’ve secured a hotel room block at Harrah’s Lake Tahoe, conveniently located right next to Heavenly Ski Resort. Harrah’s is a fantastic choice, offering all-suite rooms with two bathrooms—a feature many attendees love. Harrah’s has also been the home of the Tahoe Dreamin’ conference in past years, making it a familiar and welcoming setting for this meetup.

Meetup Format

This meetup is designed to be informal and fun, with a focus on connecting with other Trailblazers. While there’s no rigid schedule, here’s what you can expect:

• Friday: Most attendees will arrive throughout the day. We’ll organize casual meetups for early arrivals, so you can start connecting right away.
• Saturday: This will be the busiest day, filled with activities like skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, lake cruises, shopping, and more. We’re also planning to arrange a group dinner if there’s enough interest—these dinners were a highlight of the first Tahoe Dreamin’ events, and we’d love to bring that experience back.
• Sunday: Activities will continue for those staying longer, but most attendees will begin heading home.

You’ll also have plenty of unstructured time to relax, explore, and connect casually with other Trailblazers. Whether you’re skiing, dining, or simply hanging out, there will always be opportunities to make meaningful connections.

• Skiing & Snowboarding at Heavenly:
  Take advantage of discounted lift tickets, rentals, and lessons, making it easy for both beginners and experienced skiers to enjoy the slopes.

• Lake Cruise:
  Experience the beauty of Lake Tahoe with a relaxing cruise, offering stunning views and a chance to unwind with fellow attendees.

• Snowmobiling & Outdoor Adventures:
  Explore the snowy landscapes of Tahoe with thrilling snowmobiling excursions or enjoy the area’s winter trails.

• Casual Hangouts:
  From cozy dinners to informal gatherings, we’ll have plenty of opportunities to chat, network, and relax together.

• Exploring Tahoe:
  Take some time to shop, sightsee, or simply enjoy the incredible scenery Tahoe has to offer.

Discounted Rate Breakdown

Staying with us offers significant savings:

Our rates represent up to a 40% discount compared to standard pricing! These savings help make this winter getaway more accessible, even during Tahoe’s peak season. And the discount works for both our one King or two Queen rooms, when the standard rates have the two queens as more expensive.

• • Cost: $195/night + $26.95 resort fee + taxes = $258 total per night (rounded for simplicity).

• • Booking Process: To secure these rates, all rooms are prepaid through Tahoe Dreamin’. You’ll pay us directly, and we’ll handle the reservation with Harrah’s.
